Chief Executive Officer and 

Executive Business Consultant

Brittany Clausen, MSW  is the Chief Executive Officer at Envision Greatness. She holds a B.A. in Psychology and a Master of Social Work from St. Catherine University in Saint Paul, MN.

Brittany was recently named as one of the “Top Black Leaders You Should Know” by Minneapolis-St. Paul Business Journal in 2024 and recognized as one of the 2022 Top DEI Leaders by Twin Cities Business Magazine. Her work is centered on integrating social justice into leadership development to enhance employee engagement and foster meaningful community connections.

Leo Wells is a recent graduate from the University of Minnesota, having earned their Bachelor of Individualized Studies in Spring 2023, after merging the subjects of African American & African Studies, LGBT Studies, and Gender Women and Sexuality Studies. They have engaged in racial and social justice studies for almost a decade, and have made it their goal to create safe workspaces for marginalized people by working as a Diversity Equity & Inclusion professional.

She consistently delivers exceptional service and effective solutions, all while pursuing a commercial modeling and acting career. 

 

Stephanie earned an Associate of Arts degree in Business from Inver Hills Community College. She also served as the DECA Vice President and was recognized as a National Top 5% performer in the Hospitality sector.
